PREPARE

Initial meeting to discuss your requirements, prepare you with the knowledge and the documents required to make an offer on a property.

NEGOTIATE

Once you’ve found the property you’d like to buy, we can either advise you of the best way to negotiate with the estate agents or if preferred, we can negotiate on your behalf.

APPLY

After a sale has been agreed, we then apply for your mortgage and your solicitor will start their legal work.

MANAGE

We will manage your purchase every step of the way and keep you informed throughout the process.

COMPLETE

Once the solicitors have finished their work, they’ll request the funds from your mortgage lender and the deposit from yourself. A date for exchange and completion will be mutually agreed with all parties involved.
